About the role
CourtAvenue's Gigantic Playground is seeking a Creative Director to own the creative vision for interactive experiences, from event installations to apps and connected retail, while leading designers and technologists and integrating emerging tools like AI.
What you’ll do
Own the creative vision and quality of interactive work
Lead designers and technologists
Partner with client teams
Guide projects from concept through production
Advance the studio's use of emerging platforms and tools
What you’ll need
10+ years in a creative role focused on interactive, digital, or experience design, including several years managing a team
Strong portfolio across interaction design, visual design, and concept development
Direct experience partnering with enterprise or consumer technology clients
Willingness to work hands-on in tools like Figma
Real, current experience using AI tools in your own creative process
Comfort across the full project arc from concept sketches to finished, on-site experiences
