About the role
AgentSync is looking for a Senior Frontend/Full Stack Engineer to own the customer-facing experience of its insurance compliance platform, building features across React and Go/Java while shaping frontend architecture, design systems, and AI-assisted development practices.
What you’ll do
Own the customer-facing experience of the AgentSync App
Deliver features across React frontend and Go or Java backend
Shape frontend architecture and design systems
Drive AI-assisted development practices
Review code and mentor engineers to raise the technical bar
Work in and evolve a frontend monorepo
What you’ll need
5+ years building and shipping production, mobile-responsive web applications
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development using tools like Claude
Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, modern frontend tooling, state management, and testing
Strong web fundamentals including HTML, CSS, accessibility, responsive design, and performance
Experience with shared component libraries/design systems and frontend monorepos
Working backend experience in Go or Java with APIs, OpenAPI-generated clients, and relational data
