What you’ll need
Proven experience in business analysis, product ownership, or process improvement
Strong workshop facilitation, interviewing, and requirements-documentation skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, or equivalent
3-7 years in business analysis, product ownership/analysis, consulting, or process improvement
Familiarity with tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, or Jira, and working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Lean
Comfort using AI and automation tools, excellent communication and simplification skills
