What you’ll do
Investigate and resolve complex customer and production issues
Improve reliability and serviceability of the platform
Contribute software fixes, automation, and operational tools
Troubleshoot end-to-end cloud connectivity and infrastructure issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
What you’ll need
Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/CE with 1-4 years industry experience
Strong programming experience in Python
Hands-on Splunk experience for log analysis and root-cause analysis
Deep knowledge of AWS and Azure networking
Experience with managed Kubernetes (EKS or AKS)
Understanding of virtualization technologies (KVM, VMware, Hyper-V)
