Hire and manage performance against a high bar
What you’ll need
6+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years directly managing engineers
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent experience
Technical depth in distributed systems, backend services, or AI/data platforms
Track record of delivering product surfaces on committed timelines
Experience managing teams building agentic AI, LLM-backed products, or knowledge retrieval systems
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and constrained or regulated deployment environments
