Run effective product campaigns between launches
Support security, privacy, and safety communications
Manage incident response communications
Turn complex technical topics into sticky narratives
What you’ll need
Experience running product or technical comms at a fast-paced B2B technology company, or building AI/software products
Record of leading significant launches and running effective product campaigns
Exceptional writing across different formats
Experience working with security, safety, and engineering teams
Experience managing incidents
Deep understanding of the independent media landscape and relationships with influential commentators
