What you’ll do
Build and lead Ridgeline's Product & Technology Operational Excellence function
Unify Product Operations, Engineering and QA Operations, and Project Management into a cohesive operating model
Improve execution, quality, decision-making, and operational efficiency across Product and Technology
Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into operating plans and tradeoff decisions
Establish operating models, governance structures, standards, and management systems
Build metrics, dashboards, and review mechanisms that improve visibility, accountability, and decision quality
What you’ll need
10+ years in operations, program leadership, product operations, engineering operations, business operations, or similar cross-functional leadership
8+ years of people leadership experience building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
Proven success partnering with senior leaders and leading through influence at the executive level
Experience building operating models, governance structures, standards, and management systems in complex product and technology organizations
Strong familiarity with Jira, Productboard, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Glean
Experience in fintech, investment management, or complex regulated domains; must be work authorized in the US without employer sponsorship
