What you’ll need
8+ years in product delivery, product ownership, or agile delivery leadership

Deep hands-on Product Owner experience in a Scrum environment
Experience delivering software in a regulated environment (healthcare, life sciences, financial services, or similar)
Working knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules and PHI handling obligations; familiarity with SOC 2 and/or HITRUST
Fluent in agile at scale (SAFe, LeSS, or homegrown equivalent); strong written communication and executive-level reporting
