About the role
Justrite Safety Group is hiring a Strategic Portfolio Manager to lead expansion into lithium-ion safety product lines within its Chemical Safety Business Unit. The role owns portfolio strategy, roadmaps, governance, and cross-functional execution from customer insight through launch and performance management.
What you’ll do
Own portfolio strategy and roadmaps for lithium-ion safety product lines
Lead cross-functional execution from customer insight through product launch
Manage governance and performance management
Drive product definition and launch activities
Expand product portfolio within the Chemical Safety Business Unit
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience in portfolio management, product management, strategy, or NPD leadership
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional NPD portfolios through a stage-gate process
Strong business case development skills including market sizing, pricing, margin modeling, and investment tradeoffs
Engineering degree strongly preferred
MBA a plus
