What you’ll do
Own the performance and reliability of Ashby's products
Lead the Platform & Infrastructure organization
Set the team's vision and roadmap
Grow the team's talent and management structure
Improve infrastructure operations and collaboration across engineering
Contribute to company-level initiatives involving Product Engineering, Product, Sales, or Support
What you’ll need
Experience leading a company through a high-growth period
Experience hiring and building hiring processes
Knowledge of platform and infrastructure technologies, networking, and hardware
Deep understanding of Kubernetes, traffic flow between load balancers and pods, and cloud abstraction pitfalls
Excellent written communication with ability to go deep and translate concepts
Experience managing managers
