Experience in technical presales, solution consulting, or technical account management
Proven record delivering technical training programs with high participant satisfaction
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
Deep knowledge of SaaS, cloud infrastructure, subscription fundamentals, PLM, enterprise software architecture, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and security
Ability to work independently across global time zones and manage complex stakeholder relationships
