About the role
Stepful seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own B2B positioning, sales enablement, and account-based marketing for its healthcare workforce training platform, partnering closely with sales and building customer proof.
What you’ll do
Own B2B positioning and messaging
Create sales enablement assets that sellers use
Produce customer case studies and run content calendar
Run ABM and outbound programs targeting enterprise buying committees
Track funnel and campaign metrics and report on results
Manage multiple workstreams and flag risks early
What you’ll need
3+ years B2B marketing experience including positioning and messaging ownership
Track record of building sales enablement assets and partnering with sales
Experience producing case studies and running content calendar
Hands-on experience with ABM/outbound programs including building sequences in Clay
Excellent writing skills for executive buyers
Comfort with data and using results to change approach
