What you’ll need
Three or more years of onsite community management (HOA) or similar experience
Strong operational and financial background
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Skilled in delegation, coaching, and mentoring
CAM license required upon hire in Florida, Nevada, and Georgia; within 90 days in other states
Bachelor's degree, designations, or certifications in a related field preferred
