What you’ll need
4-6 years in an operational or similar role
2+ years of hands-on cruise operations (group inventory, bookings, modifications, supplier management, or commission reconciliation)
Experience building AI-powered workflows or automations
Strong SQL skills with experience building dashboards/reports
Proven ability to write SOPs, runbooks, or ticket specs
Experience turning unscoped problems into defined processes or tickets
