What you’ll do

• Develop strategies to optimize AI token usage
• Create cost models, financial analyses, and spending forecasts
• Inform AI budgeting, licensing, procurement, and infrastructure decisions
• Develop requirements and technical documentation
• Provide operational guidance for enterprise AI scaling
• Support the U.S. Cyber Command Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field with 10+ years of professional experience
• Extensive experience in AI/ML systems engineering, LLM operations, AI resource management, requirements analysis, or acquisition support
• At least 10 years of experience with U.S. Government and Department of War AI policies and governance structures
• Experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, U.S. Government, or cyber mission organizations
• Knowledge of LLM architectures, generative AI, token mechanics, token pricing, tokenization, vector embeddings, cloud-based AI APIs, and enterprise AI scaling
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance required
