About the role
Leads the North America Repower project portfolio for GE Vernova's Onshore Wind business, overseeing execution, financials, and the project manager team while driving safety, customer satisfaction, and growth.
What you’ll do
Own portfolio safety, quality, delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial performance
Lead and develop the Project Manager team
Hold full P&L accountability
Serve as senior executive escalation point for customers
Establish standard work, governance, and continuous improvement
Manage portfolio risks, claims, change orders, and negotiations
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
10+ years in project management, construction, field operations, or related
5+ years leading customer-facing projects with financial accountability
Experience managing large, complex portfolios with P&L responsibility
Deep knowledge of wind energy project execution and repower operations
Strong executive presence and customer relationship skills
