About the role
Motion Industries is hiring a Lead GRC Analyst to execute and manage day-to-day governance, risk, and compliance activities, including overseeing the IT SOX organization. The role leads analyst-level team members, coordinates audits and assessments, monitors program effectiveness, and reports to the Director of GRC.

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field or equivalent combination
Five or more years of related experience
Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a lean team environment
Familiarity with GRC tooling/platforms, relevant frameworks, and certification or progress toward certification
