About the role
Capgemini Invent seeks a Managing Consultant to lead Property & Casualty insurance transformation engagements, advising client leaders and driving practical strategies and measurable outcomes across business, technology, and AI-enabled initiatives.
What you’ll do
Lead workstreams and smaller engagements
Advise client leaders
Develop practical transformation strategies and measurable outcomes
Deliver enterprise, digital, modernization, operating model, and technology/AI-led transformation initiatives
Coordinate blended teams and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
Contribute to proposals, solution development, and identification of follow-on opportunities
What you’ll need
6+ years of relevant experience, including at a Big Four firm or leading advisory/strategy consultancy
Deep experience in Property & Casualty insurance with knowledge of underwriting and claims processes
Strong understanding of P&C vendor/technology ecosystem including Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, and comparable core insurance platforms
Demonstrated AI fluency connecting AI strategy and use cases to business value, delivery, risk, and governance
Experience managing workstreams or smaller engagements and coordinating blended teams
