What you’ll do
Maintain secure and stable compute infrastructure
Improve automation and observability
Collaborate with engineering, operations teams, and vendors
Provide on-call coverage and incident management
Troubleshoot OS, hardware, and performance issues
Identify gaps and drive process improvements
What you’ll need
5+ years of IT experience focused on server and storage infrastructure
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and/or Linux (RedHat/Ubuntu)
Disk storage management expertise
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or OLVM)
Experience with enterprise-level customers and application teams
Strong understanding of Agile methodology and IT Service Management
