About the role
BlueWater Federal Solutions is hiring a Senior Business Consultant for the DHS U.S. Coast Guard DCS PMASS program, supporting complex transformation initiatives in change management, process improvement, performance measurement, compliance, financial management, and automated business solutions.
What you’ll do
Support complex business transformation initiatives for the DHS U.S. Coast Guard DCS PMASS program
Apply change management and process improvement practices
Support performance measurement and compliance efforts
Assist with financial management and automated business solutions
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
10+ years of business consulting experience; or at least 8 years with a Master's degree or higher
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
PMP certification, DHS mid-level Project Management certification, or equivalent required
Demonstrated experience supporting multiple complex business-transformation or process-improvement projects
Working knowledge of Government standards, accounting principles, internal controls, financial systems, and multi-tiered application environments
