What you’ll need
5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management or related IT Operations roles
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IT Asset Management (Hardware and Software Asset Management modules)
Strong understanding of ITIL processes, asset lifecycle management, and CMDB relationships
Excellent analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in Excel or data visualization tools
Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in a mid-to-large enterprise environment, with familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery, SAM Pro, and procurement system integrations
