Develop and manage to a P&L
Utilize CRM and data tools to manage sales funnels
What you’ll need
5+ years in worksite, voluntary, and ancillary benefits distribution and B2B health insurance models
Deep understanding of ICHRA regulations, ACA individual market dynamics, level-funded plan designs, and ancillary/supplemental insurance
Experience with BenAdmin software, enrollment tech vendors, and CRM/data tools
Ability to navigate executive-level discussions on ROI, tax optimization, risk management, and talent retention
Strong financial acumen and P&L management ability
Resident state Life and Health Insurance License
