About the role
Zoox is hiring a Senior/Staff Technical Program Manager to define, implement, and improve PMO processes and tools, collaborating with stakeholders and applying AI to support effective execution.
What you’ll do
Define, roll out, and improve program management processes and tools
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders
Leverage AI tools to support effective program execution
Drive alignment and delivery across multiple teams and portfolios
Manage processes, tools, and stakeholder groups in a fast-paced environment
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technology-related field
10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in technical project or program management
Experience with waterfall and agile lifecycles and PM software such as Jira, Confluence, or Structure
Familiarity configuring PM tool automations and using AI tools like Gemini or Claude
Comfortable with ambiguity and managing multiple processes, tools, and stakeholder groups
Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
