About the role
Senior Solutions Architect at DigitalOcean supporting strategic accounts with AI/ML and GPU-based workloads, designing scalable cloud architectures and driving adoption of AI/ML solutions.
What you’ll do
Act as a trusted technical advisor for strategic accounts and partners
Design, present, and implement scalable architectures and AI solutions
Lead technical deep dives, workshops, proofs-of-concept, and executive briefings
Optimize AI/ML workloads using high-performance inference engines and quantization methods
Collaborate with account teams, engineering, and product to drive adoption and expansion
Troubleshoot complex technical challenges with engineering and support teams
What you’ll need
7+ years of Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Software Engineering experience
Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch and platforms like Hugging Face
Experience deploying and fine-tuning LLMs and GenAI models
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Linux, distributed systems, NFS, and GPU software ecosystems
Hands-on experience with inference engines like vLLM, SGLang, and TensorRT and quantization methods
Excellent communication skills for engaging engineers and executives
