About the role
Citi is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to oversee architecture and end-to-end delivery of Enterprise Fraud Prevention initiatives, coordinating engineering, data science, and risk teams in a large-scale financial services environment.
What you’ll do
Govern architecture and end-to-end delivery for Enterprise Fraud Prevention initiatives
Coordinate engineering, data science, platform, and risk/compliance teams
Manage delivery, technical dependencies, stakeholder communication, and program controls
Track critical-path milestones and support vendor integrations in matrixed organizations
Deliver complex technology initiatives from planning through production deployment
Facilitate stakeholder discussions, drive consensus, and influence technical and business partners
What you’ll need
8+ years in Technical Program Management, Technology Project Management, Engineering Delivery, or related leadership roles
2+ years supporting payments, fintech, fraud prevention, risk management, or highly regulated technology environments
Technical fluency in modern software architecture patterns including microservices, REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architectures, hybrid cloud/on-prem, and distributed databases
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, and supporting vendor integrations
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Jira Align, MS Project, and ServiceNow
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology, or related discipline
