About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead financial planning, strategic analysis, and decision support across the organization
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on forecasting and financial modeling
• Support investment evaluation, resource allocation, and business case development
• Translate business and financial data into actionable insights
• Develop executive-level financial reporting and presentations
• Support strategic planning, fundraising analysis, and business performance reviews

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, FP&A, investment analysis, or management consulting
• Strong financial modeling skills including forecasting, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and business case development
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience developing executive-level financial reporting
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
• Eligibility under U.S. export control regulations as a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
