About the role

What you’ll do

• Own and improve the UKG-based HRIS
• Support modernization of IT-managed business applications
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders
• Maintain systems and integrations
• Improve processes and evaluate solution options
• Deliver approved solutions through implementation and adoption

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in IS, business, HR, finance, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years supporting, administering, implementing, or analyzing HRIS, ERP, or enterprise business systems
• Hands-on experience administering or supporting UKG, including HR, payroll, timekeeping, workforce management, reporting, workflow, or integrations
• Ability to lead process improvement or system modernization and translate between business and technical audiences
• Working knowledge of application configuration, data management, reporting, integrations, security, access controls, and data integrity
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder skills with ability to handle confidential information
