What you’ll do
Lead initiatives to improve member and provider service performance
Align enterprise partners on strategy, operating-model design, and change management
Define project plans and coordinate resources for enterprise-wide initiatives
Manage implementation activities and develop program rollout processes
Drive continuous improvement using data and metrics
What you’ll need
4+ years of experience in program management
3+ years of experience delivering projects/programs
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience in a fast-paced operations environment
Successfully executed enterprise-wide initiatives
Master's Degree, PMP, Lean/Six Sigma, or healthcare experience preferred
