About the role
ADP is hiring a Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer to own and evolve its enterprise managed file transfer platform, migrate on-premises environments to AWS, and support secure, scalable client integrations. The role combines hands-on technical leadership, 24x7 production support, and expertise in IBM Sterling, Linux, automation, and modern development technologies.
What you’ll do
Own the architecture, engineering, operation, and evolution of the enterprise managed file transfer platform
Migrate on-premises environments to AWS
Support 24x7 production services with high availability requirements
Improve secure, scalable file transfer capabilities and client integrations
Provide clear executive-level communications and present milestones to senior leaders, product owners, and peers
Share knowledge, motivate others, and keep the team engaged and productive
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field plus 10 years of related experience, or Master's plus 8 years
5+ years of experience with IBM SFG and enterprise MFT solutions
Experience with Linux-based infrastructure, networking, and security
Experience supporting 24x7 production systems with high availability requirements and troubleshooting/root cause analysis
Experience with automation and infrastructure as code (Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation)
Experience with file transfer protocols, encryption standards, APIs, Kubernetes, Java, Python, Angular, and React JS
