What you’ll need
In-progress Bachelor's degree or higher
Expertise in at least one common programming stack (e.g., TypeScript, Python, Java, Go, Rust, C++)
Hands-on individual-contributor engineering experience; 2+ years professional experience preferred
Ability to use terminal, Git, tests, and debuggers and quickly understand unfamiliar codebases
Strong engineering judgment and ability to explain good code and model failures in writing; full professional English
Familiarity with AI/LLM tools like Claude or ChatGPT and comfort with cloud file tools, browser profiles, and desktop apps
