What you’ll do

• Driving cross-functional technical programs from requirements through production release
• Managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Working with engineering teams on cloud services, APIs, data pipelines, or enterprise integrations
• Using telemetry, operational metrics, or customer feedback to identify issues and drive improvements
• Delivering generative AI or agent-based experiences with attention to quality, safety, latency, and cost
• Ensuring production readiness, service reliability, observability, incident management, and controlled releases

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 6+ years of experience in technical program management or software delivery, or equivalent experience
• Experience driving cross-functional technical programs from requirements to production release, including dependency, risk, and stakeholder management
• Experience working with engineering teams on cloud services, APIs, data pipelines, or enterprise integrations
• Experience delivering generative AI or agent-based experiences, including RAG, prompt/model evaluation, and quality/latency/cost tradeoffs
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI services, Microsoft Graph, and enterprise identity/access patterns
• Experience with production readiness, observability, incident management, Azure DevOps, and analytics tools like Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and KQL
