Curaleaf seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support its national Markets organization within FP&A, focusing on financial modeling, commercial performance analysis, and strategic decision support. The role requires advanced technical and analytical skills to build scalable tools, automate processes, and translate complex data into meaningful insights.
What you’ll do
Develop and maintain complex financial models from the ground up
Analyze commercial performance across national markets
Lead analytical projects informing business planning and strategic decisions
Build scalable financial tools and automate reporting processes
Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for stakeholders
What you’ll need
3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, commercial finance, or a related analytical role
Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills, including scenario modeling and large datasets
Strong SQL skills for querying, manipulating, and analyzing complex datasets
Experience with revenue modeling, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance reporting
Experience with financial reporting or BI platforms such as Snowflake, Omni, Vena, Power BI, or Tableau
Familiarity with commercialization modeling, product profitability, pricing strategies, or market expansion analysis
