About the role
Northrop Grumman is hiring a Program Manager 2 for its Aeronautics Systems sector to lead multiple development projects, overseeing cost, schedule, technical performance, resources, risks, customers, and business capture. What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree and 10 years related experience (or STEM BS and 9 years); Master's degree and 8 years (or STEM MS and 7 years) acceptable
Two years of Control Account Manager (CAM) experience
Current CAM Certification and SAP access
Active U.S. Government Top Secret or higher clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
Prior experience leading IT teams in systems, software, integration/test, and cyber engineering, and program management experience on Agile programs
