About the role
Information Technology Specialist I performing business analysis for application development, supporting Agile project delivery and PWA implementation, collaborating with stakeholders and design teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
What you’ll do
Perform business analysis for application development and implementation
Support application roadmaps and Agile project delivery
Facilitate stakeholder discovery sessions and translate business needs into requirements
Decompose complex requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Coordinate with Design resources to develop user intuitive design and prototypes
Facilitate Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
What you’ll need
2-5 years as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst supporting Agile teams
Experience managing cross-functional projects using Agile methodologies
Comprehensive knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, PowerPoint, and Visio
Experience managing Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) with CI/CD pipelines in DevOps environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
