About the role

What you’ll do
Process multi-step payroll including wage and deduction calculations
Review timekeeping records and process pay adjustments
Maintain accurate, audit-ready employee records
Support onboarding, employee changes, and separation workflows
Ensure compliance with federal contractor payroll requirements
Handle confidential employee and pay information with discretion
What you’ll need
Two or more years of combined payroll processing and HR administration experience
Experience with multi-step payroll, timekeeping review, and pay adjustments
Experience with certified payroll and federal contractor requirements
Working knowledge of payroll tax, deductions, and employment laws (FLSA, EEO, ADA)
Experience with an HRIS, payroll, or timekeeping platform and Microsoft Excel
Strong accuracy, communication, and confidentiality skills
