Hubbell Incorporated seeks a Business Process Manager to lead SAP-enabled process support, standardization, and continuous improvement across Hubbell Utility Solutions. The role partners with operations, functional teams, and IT to improve SAP processes, support implementations and adoption, and strengthen supply chain and operational execution.
What you’ll do
Lead SAP-enabled business process support, standardization, and continuous improvement across Hubbell Utility Solutions
Partner with site operations, functional teams, and SAP/IT to improve SAP processes and adoption
Strengthen supply chain and operational execution through process design and governance
Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and measurable improvements using SAP data and KPIs
Support SAP implementations, enhancements, UAT, cutover, go-live stabilization, and plant transitions
Develop and maintain standard work, process documentation, training materials, and control plans
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years experience supporting SAP-enabled business processes, supply chain, materials, manufacturing, planning, purchasing, inventory, or warehouse management
Strong knowledge of SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA across MM, PP, IM/WM, master data, purchasing, and production planning
Experience supporting SAP implementations, UAT, cutover, go-live, plant transitions, or new site onboarding
Strong understanding of MRP, capacity planning, inventory accuracy, and material movement
Experience leading root cause analysis and cross-functional process improvement; familiarity with Power BI or SAP reporting
