What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Data Science, or equivalent experience
8-12+ years of progressive HR technology, transformation, people analytics, or digital enablement experience
Experience with enterprise HCM platforms such as Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or UKG
Strong analytical capability and ability to interpret workforce data
Working knowledge of AI-enabled solutions, intelligent automation, and responsible AI
Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Fabric, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or comparable platforms
