About the role

What you’ll do
Deliver hands-on training on Claude and AI-assisted software development
Lead modernization of a legacy PHP application into a React-based application
Guide engineers through architecture and implementation
Provide technical mentorship to engineering teams
What you’ll need
8+ years of software engineering experience including 3+ years as Tech Lead or Architect
Strong hands-on experience with Claude Code and the Claude application
Experience with CLAUDE.md, custom commands, and MCP servers
Proven experience in legacy application modernization and migration
Strong expertise in React, API design, relational databases, Git, testing, and CI/CD
Previous experience delivering technical training or mentoring engineering teams
