About the role

What you’ll do
Support structuring, origination, and execution of financings
Build and run financial models for debt and advisory mandates
Coordinate due diligence processes
Perform capital and credit analysis
Prepare client and transaction materials
Manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
What you’ll need
Minimum 2+ years in renewable energy, structured finance, infrastructure investing, investment banking, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
Strong financial modeling and structuring skills
Advanced Excel skills and comfort building complex financial models
Experience preparing transaction materials and conducting due diligence
Familiarity with capital markets instruments used in clean infrastructure
