What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Life Sciences, Operations, or related technical discipline
10+ years of life sciences industry experience in program management, project management, or project engineering
7+ years leading complex capital, bioprocessing, manufacturing, or engineered-system projects from pre-sale through customer handover
Progressive leadership experience accountable for customer delivery, financial performance, and cross-functional alignment
3+ years of people leadership experience including talent development and team capability building
Valid passport and driver's license
