What you’ll need
Relevant degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's with 4 years, Associate's with 6, or HS with 8)
Current Epic certification
Minimum 2 years supporting Epic in design, implementation, and configuration
ITIL certification within 6 months of employment
Experience with financial, clinical, curriculum, or enterprise systems software
Effective verbal and written communication in English
