About the role
Augeo is hiring a Product Manager to own the Incentives domain within its Applied AI team, partnering with data science and engineering to build and measure scalable, AI-powered incentive capabilities on the THEO platform.
What you’ll do
Own the Incentives domain within the Applied AI team
Lead incentive product strategy and delivery
Partner with AI, data science, engineering, and business teams
Build and measure scalable incentive capabilities
Define success metrics before building
Run discovery and prioritize backlog against engineering capacity
What you’ll need
2–4 years of product management experience
Experience owning features from definition through launch and iteration
Experience with data- or ML-driven products and a fast build-measure-learn cycle
Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and collaboration with data scientists and engineers
Experience contributing to a generative AI or LLM-based feature in production
Familiarity with loyalty, rewards, incentive, or engagement platforms and incentive program economics
