Homecare Homebase is hiring a Director of Product Management to lead product strategy, roadmaps, and business outcomes for its Revenue Cycle Management platform and Personal Care applications. The role manages product managers and collaborates with engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams to modernize platforms and deliver measurable customer and business value.
What you’ll do
Lead product strategy, roadmaps, and business outcomes for the RCM platform and Personal Care applications
Manage and develop a team of product managers
Partner with engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams to modernize platforms
Deliver measurable customer and business value
Engage externally with customers, prospects, and partners as a credible product leader
Drive platform modernization and integration initiatives
What you’ll need
10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in data platforms, APIs, or interoperability in enterprise SaaS
Demonstrated healthcare revenue cycle experience, including claims/clearinghouse/payer integrations and revenue operations
Strong technical product management capability: API-first thinking, integration design, and deep engineer collaboration
Experience with healthcare transaction standards such as X12/EDI (837/835/270/271), HL7, and familiarity with FHIR
Experience modernizing legacy platforms and familiarity with AI/automation opportunities in RCM
Right to work in the US without immigration sponsorship
