What you’ll need
7+ years in email, SMS, lifecycle, or CRM marketing
3+ years leading teams or managing direct reports
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Braze
Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, personalization, and automation
Experience developing email and SMS campaigns that drive measurable outcomes
Strong analytical, communication, project management, and collaboration skills
