What you’ll do

• Lead integrated supply plans across manufacturing, materials, capacity, inventory, and customer demand
• Coordinate cross-functional planning and anticipate constraints
• Lead scenario analysis and drive decisions supporting service, operational performance, inventory health, and financial objectives
• Lead cross-functional supply reviews and resolve complex constraints
• Influence senior-level decisions involving capacity, inventory, service, cost, and risk tradeoffs
• Establish governance, standardize work, and improve end-to-end planning transparency

What you’ll need

• 8+ years of progressive experience in master planning, production planning, supply planning, inventory planning, materials management, integrated business planning, or related supply chain roles
• Experience leading integrated production or supply plans across multiple products, manufacturing lines, suppliers, sites, or distribution nodes in the medical device industry
• Demonstrated experience resolving complex constraints and influencing senior-level decisions involving capacity, inventory, service, cost, and risk tradeoffs
• Advanced capacity modeling, supply scenarios, MRP, inventory optimization, and executive-level decision support experience
• Expert knowledge of master scheduling, supply planning, capacity planning, inventory management, materials management, and MRP/bills of material
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills in a matrixed environment; advanced Excel and BI/data analysis tools required
