About the role

What you’ll do

• Provide technical leadership in semiconductor defect inspection and data analytics
• Develop AI/ML and image-processing methods for defect detection and classification
• Analyze manufacturing and metrology data to improve product quality, process control, and yield
• Partner with engineering teams across process, equipment, manufacturing, development, and data/IT functions
• Build automated data pipelines, dashboards, or manufacturing analytics tools
• Apply DOE, SPC, process capability, and statistical modeling techniques

What you’ll need

• BS with 5+ years, MS with 3+ years, or PhD in Engineering, Science, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in semiconductor defect inspection, metrology, yield engineering, manufacturing analytics, or image analysis
• Strong data analysis and programming skills, preferably with Python and SQL
• Experience applying AI/ML, computer vision, statistical learning, or advanced analytics to engineering problems
• Experience working with large datasets including extraction, manipulation, statistical analysis, visualization, and correlation
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship is available
