What you’ll need
7+ years managing complex platform engineering and infrastructure programs with 100+ engineers
Expert-level Jira proficiency and Agile/Scrum methodology experience
Proven experience owning programs, scoping requirements, and planning milestones
Strong organizational awareness and cross-functional stakeholder management
Hands-on experience with agentic AI tools and AI workflow/prompt engineering
Experience with cloud-native technologies, infrastructure automation, and platform engineering tools
