About the role
The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will advance CMDB governance and enterprise discovery capabilities within a financial services organization, leading ServiceNow and cloud discovery, integrations, automation, and AI initiatives. This hybrid role is based in Malvern, PA.
What you’ll do
Lead ServiceNow and cloud discovery initiatives from planning through optimization
Advance CMDB governance and enterprise discovery capabilities
Drive infrastructure integrations, automation, and AI initiatives
Support on-premises, hybrid cloud, and data management platform integrations
Collaborate across technical and business teams to influence stakeholders
Obtain required certifications within designated timelines
What you’ll need
8+ years of infrastructure engineering, systems engineering, or related enterprise IT experience
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and ITOM implementations in large enterprise environments
Expertise with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Knowledge of AI technologies, LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, or enterprise AI automation initiatives
Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols including TCP/IP
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
