What you’ll do
Drive new revenue and expansion across strategic enterprise accounts in Federal Civilian agencies
Own territory pipeline development and complex sales cycles
Position Elastic’s Search AI platform
Partner with internal teams to close deals and deliver customer outcomes
Apply MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks to manage pipeline and eliminate low-probability deals
Deliver executive-level presentations and demos that tie product capabilities to business value
What you’ll need
5+ years closing complex enterprise deals, consistently overachieving targets in a consumption-based or usage-model environment
Demonstrated track record selling enterprise software into Federal Civilian agencies, specifically SSA or Federal Financial Regulatory Agencies
Demonstrated ability to apply MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks
Track record of executive-level presentations and demos that tie product capabilities to dollars saved, revenue gained, or risk mitigated
History of landing multi-year, high-ACV contracts while protecting margin and securing executive stakeholder buy-in
Comfortable with observability, security, vector/traditional search, cloud cost optimization, and open-source environments
