What you’ll do
Lead engineering organizations and multiple teams across locations
Implement Applied AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions
Architect large-scale distributed systems and enterprise integrations
Oversee API design, governance, and event-driven architecture
Manage Agile delivery, release management, and operational excellence
What you’ll need
10+ years of progressive software engineering experience
5+ years leading engineering organizations or transformation initiatives
Hands-on Java, Spring Boot, and Python development experience
Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI/ML pipelines, or conversational AI platforms
Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ, OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, Kubernetes/Docker
Proven success integrating complex enterprise applications and platforms
